11:30 am - 1:30 pm Teaching in the Kitchen (Making Killer Salad Dressings & Creating an Epic Salad & Potato Bar) - Eat Lunch

As of March 6th, 2023 this is what we've accomplished! 

• Laid out our wellness center, licensed kitchen, studio & store
• Adding french doors and windows
• Laid out the permaculture bed
• Found over a dozen varieties of wild mushrooms throughout the property
• Made dinner twice for the whole crew with these mushrooms
• Ripped out the floor in the snack shack - adding new floors & paint
