ZuZu's Story

Decades ago, I attended a meeting where I was the key speaker. It was a board meeting for a large company and was held in a large, elegantly decorated boardroom. I was the only woman and found myself surrounded by distinguished well-dressed men.

I excused myself before the meeting to catch my breath. What in the world had I done to get here? Not normally intimidated by anyone, I said my prayer, walked back into the room, and gave it my all.

The presentation went extremely well; every man was laughing, and they all enjoyed the presentation. Afterwards, the president of the organization took me aside, and asked me a question, “ Karen, where do you get all that energy?” And immediately I replied, “I eat it!” After all, isn’t that what I taught? Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food?

All living plants are full of biophotons and carbohydrates. All fruits and vegetables provide incredible potential of hydrogen (pH), alkalizing the body and creating a storm of health inside of every cell! Fiber comes from every fruit, vegetable, nut, and seed on the planet. Proteins come from plants , nuts, seeds, and well-fed animals. Healthy fats are needed by every single cell in the body to deliver electrical messages called Neurotransmitters, made by the nervous system!

We are alive!

Our cells are alive! They should be bursting with energy and life! They should be busy passing down cell memory, busy fighting off disease, busy building glands, tissues, and bones. Busy replicating!

We must eat living food to have energy and create a healthy cell matrix.

Almost 30 years later, I enjoy a vibrant diet and live a very vibrant life!

Given my nickname is Zuzu, (yes, after the character in “It’s a Wonderful Life”), and I celebrate the gift God has given all of us right from the very mineral-dense earth we walk on: ENERGY, the name of our store came easy.
